About This Resource
Foundation Notes
Tarelom began as an internal compendium of formulation records kept by a small group of nutritional researchers and wellness writers based in London. Over time, the scope widened to include the broader field of men's daily nutritional supplementation.
01 — Origin
How Tarelom came to exist
The catalogue originated from a straightforward dissatisfaction with how men's supplement information is typically presented. Most available resources conflate promotional claims with nutritional guidance, making it difficult to separate formulation quality from marketing language.
The Tarelom team — a mix of nutrition writers, ingredient researchers, and qualified wellness professionals based across London — decided to compile a working reference structured around verifiable criteria rather than brand relationships.
The result is this catalogue: an editorial index of men's daily supplement formulations, assessed for ingredient disclosure, sourcing documentation, and independent batch verification. Nothing more, nothing less.
The first internal formulation log is started. Twelve entries, each assessed across three criteria: ingredient completeness, sourcing transparency, and batch documentation.
The log grows to 28 entries across four ingredient categories. A second contributor joins, specialising in adaptogen sourcing documentation from South and Central Asia.
The catalogue publishes to the web. Thirty-eight entries, quarterly review cadence, and an open enquiry channel for readers.
02 — Editorial Values
The principles behind every entry
No undisclosed affiliations
Tarelom maintains no commercial relationship with any supplement manufacturer, distributor, or retailer. Inclusion in the catalogue is determined entirely by editorial criteria.
Formulation disclosure first
Any formulation that uses proprietary blends to conceal individual ingredient concentrations is excluded from the catalogue. Full disclosure is a baseline requirement, not a bonus feature.
Evidence-based language only
Copy within this catalogue uses only nutrient role descriptions supported by published nutritional research. No unsubstantiated outcome claims appear in any entry.
03 — Contributors
